Then Beijing Chaoda New Technology Co., Ltd. (predecessor of Beijing Fanbo Science & Technology Co., Ltd.) was established. In the mean time Acid fur dyestuffs (black N-DBS, brown AGR, 

bleaching agent) were developed successfully developed to end the history of none special dyestuff for fur in China. And XILI^® range fur dyes were the first to be qualified for the Environment Examination Certificates. We put our products into shandong market, based on the characteristic’s, there were no sweeping factory there and the technology was draggle, to promoted products by make the suitable technology, and show the applications, that has win the public praise widely.         1998, all industry has meet with the finance crisis, fur and leather industry also become into the science. But fanbo tack this as advantage, in the end of 1998 has prompted XILI^® range fur dyes, this is the first step for fanbo enter into the top level of the chemical industry, and also established the development of the company.
        Fanbo believed that environment protected would be the tendency of this fielded, so XILI^® range fur dyes were the first to be qualified for the Environment Examination Certificates.

1999~2003 taken it as its mission to promote the standard of fur making industry in China and all over the world.
        At the begging of 1999 Mr. LV Yongming, an expert from Inner Mongolia Trade & Commerce Institute, and chief engineer ZHANG Zhen joined Fanbo Science & Technology Co., Ltd. to work on new technology promotion. 
        Fanbo has always taken it as its mission to promote the standard of fur making industry in China and all over the world. By making great effort to promote new technologies, new products, and perfect service, we held the ‘fanbo new products and new technology show’ since 2001, during the china international fur and leather industry fair. An interior information exchanger periodical to show the direction of Fanbo’s development, to introduce new products and technologies, to report the latest information in this industry and to promote the communication between Fanbo and customers. Contributions to Fanbo Information Guide are welcome. Technology Promoted Center started function in 2004, to promote the new technology. 
        In these years fanbo established 8-service branches one by one in Heibei, Zhejiang, Henna, Shandong, Guangdong, Laioning ext. and those have make great effect to service our customer well. We also have exchange the sells directly to the customer to supply chemicals to the agents, so Heibei, Zhejiang, Henna, Shandong, agents department established as a result 
        The principle for the development of the company is the high quality, quality based on technology has embodied. Research & Development Center employing chemists with Doctor’s, Master’s and Bachelor’s degree. The center is equipped with advanced analytical instruments, such as infrared spectrometer, ultraviolet spectrometer, potentiometer, and HPLC. The center is devoted to the research and development of chemical materials for the processes in fur making. In order to catch up international level In 2003, Fanbo USA Laboratory was established in California, USA. Employing advanced equipments and methods, the lab is doing research on biological dyes, fluorescent probes, and fur and leather chemicals. Research & Development Center has developed 300 products in 8 series during 4 years, they all covers the whole process of fur making. In Oct. 2003 Fanbo was named High and New Technology Enterprise by the Beijing Science & Technology Committee. Fanbo was chosen as workstation to train graduate students for Shaanxi University of Science & Technology.

2004~to now, located in fur-making process, made the world famous brand, headed by new technology, fanbo will be growth fastest.
        In Jan. 2004 new logo of Fanbo was started using. The head office was moved our to Room 412, New Land Plaza, 58 Fucheng Road, Haidian District, Beijing. In Jun. 2004 Beijing 3A Biosciences CO., Ltd., which is a joint venture between USA investigator and Fanbo was established. 
        As the first professional chemical supplier in china, fanbo has exploit the overseas market, has export the products to Russia, turkey, South Korea Poland, Spain, Taiwan ext.
        Fanbo and HENKEL LOCTITE reached an agreement to development cooperatively biological, leather and aerial products.
