Fanbo’s quality control system comprises of 3 parts: the whole system is directed by mathematicians; the manufacture procedure is controlled by fine chemical engineers; and the quality inspection and follow up are conducted by analytical chemical engineers. 
      Quality inspection center is comprised of four groups: raw materials inspection, chemical properties test, physical properties test, and application properties test. Each group is directed by a chemical engineer. 
       Without there is no country standard, in order to insure the products quality, fanbo has draft 11 standard for XILI^®、 JIELI^®、 DILI^®、BOLI^®  ext. and put them on records in the country quality supervise bureau. Raw materials were purchased and inspected according to national standards. The colors, shades, and viscosity distribution of dyes were controlled by automatic color matching system and electron microscope. Many parameters including, but not limited to, solubility, light fastness, press fastness, wash fastness, sweet fastness, were determined to assure the application properties of our products. Application tests were conducted before any products can be put into the market.
        Each batch of the products has the samples for further inspective.
